At Head Start & Early Learning Programs, we offer quality early education and care to young children and services to support whole families. Every day, our mission is front and center: we partner with families in all that we do and believe that parents are the experts on their children. Together, we build a solid foundation for resilient and resourceful caregivers; caring, confident, and curious children; and responsive, invested communities. Our services are provided at no cost to eligible children and families (all children in foster care are automatically eligible).

Our programs include:

• Center-Based Programs – part- and full-day programs for children birth to five in
  Franklin, Hampshire, and Western Hampden Counties
• Head Start at Home – support and education in your home for expectant parents and children birth to three in Franklin, Hampshire, and Western Hampden Counties
• Family Child Care – programs in licensed providers’ homes for children birth to five in Franklin and Hampshire Counties
